D.S. Killian is a GAF Preferred Contractor. GAF screens all roofing contractors and selects only the most competent and accomplished companies. Less than 10% of all roofing contractors earn this designation. We are also a HydroStop approved applicator for all your roof waterproofing needs.

Ability

D.S. Killian is a licensed General Contractor familiar with the construction and inspection process. We can also provide bids via supplied plans or from AutoCAD files. We have a structural engineer available to help facilitate any needs regarding new Florida law CS / HB 7057, which requires additional uplift to retrofit many homes.
