Killian guarantees that all roofs will be installed with only premium roof coverings, premium self adhearing underlayment and additional quality fasteners. Our company offers our customers a MINIMUM 5 YEAR WARRANTY on labor and up to a 15 YEAR WARRANTY on premium products as well as material warranties provided by our product manufacturers. Our quality surpasses the minimum standards which Florida State Law requires thus giving you a superior product.

General Contractor Project Warranty

The warranty relating to general contracting projects are as varied as the projects themselves. New homes may provide warranties on structural items in excess of 20 years, whereas the typical exterior paint warranty may only be for 10 years.
